She served as a Provincial Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God for 12 years with an oversight of 74 churches. At the moment, Pastor Olayemi serves as the Asst. Pastor Yemi is passionate about helping people develop intimacy with God, excellence in life and ministry. Her greatest desire is not just to see the church operate in unity, as one body and a restoration of Christ-centered family values but to also build women to Total wholeness. It’s her passion to see women become well rounded in Christ.
She is a seasoned teacher of the Word and the author of several books such as ‘Better than 7 sons’; ‘Woman Living on the Cutting Edge’, ‘Tying the Knot (Vol. 1 & 2)’ and the hugely popular ‘Total Woman Devotional Journal’ Vol 1-4, to name just a few.
She established Total Woman Ministries in 1998 and the ministry has been a blessing to a lot of First Ladies, Leading Ladies and women around the world at large, through the Total Woman Conferences. A major focus and thrust for the ministry at the moment is providing financial and spiritual support to orphans, widows and girls in developing nations.
She is also an Executive Director of Maxwell Leadership Team, where she’s certified to facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills and personal growth. She hosts and participates in The John Maxwell full-day leadership and personal growth event called Live2Lead yearly.
